HYELM is excited to announce that we’re hiring a Housing Manager to oversee our Old Street scheme and provide an exceptional housing management service to our residents.

About the Role
As Housing Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents feel supported and at home. From managing day-to-day operations and overseeing building safety to working closely with our team and external partners, this is a dynamic and rewarding position that puts people at its heart.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Lead and manage a dedicated housing team.
• Ensure the smooth running of our Old Street scheme.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and building safety.
• Provide guidance and support to residents, enhancing their experience with HYELM.

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills and recent experience in housing management at a senior level. Knowledge of tenancy management, health and safety, and a commitment to excellent customer care are essential.

Key Details

• Location: HYELM, Old Street, London
• Salary: £44,543 per annum
• Hours: 39 hours per week, core hours 9 am–5 pm (with some evening/weekend work)
• Closing Date: Monday 6^th January 2025, at 5:00 pm
