We offer flexible tenancies starting with an initial two year tenure. We will review your circumstances after your first 24 months with us and decide how long to extend your stay at HYELM. Most residents move on after 3 years but there is the possibility to stay up to 5 years.
We don’t need a deposit. Yep, you read that right, there is no large sum to come up with to secure a space. A small booking fee of £150 secures your place and is refunded when you move in.

We don’t like to tie residents up with long term contracts. So after your initial 6 months minimum stay is up, residents are free to move out by giving one months notice or may continue their stay with our one month rolling contract.

Belongings to make HYELM feel like home, including essentials such as towels, bedding, kitchen utensils and creature comforts such as photos, knick-knacks or a potted plant.
