HYELM is a new type of landlord. We are for our residents not for profit. We offer secure, quality, hassle-free accommodation in relaxed spaces that help young people working in London who can’t afford to rent or buy privately.
Our Old Street development provides accommodation for up to 125 people.
The accommodation is largely comprised of privately accessed en-suite rooms sharing a kitchen and lounge area with adjoining flatmates. Our public spaces are fitted with high levels of security, including CCTV and a digital key fob entry system. A roof terrace, offering incredible views over London, and a new lounge area, are free for all residents to enjoy.
