The 2020 AGM is scheduled to be held on Saturday 25th April 2020 at midday.
In view to the Covid-19 outbreak, it is our intention to hold this year’s AGM virtually by teleconference. Holding the meeting in this way will remain in accordance with the Articles of HYELM.
The quorum for the meeting will be five, either present in person (i.e. by teleconference) or by proxy. Topics discussed at the AGM will include COVID-19, appointments to the Board and the HYELM membership.
Members will have already received their pack via email. It would be greatly appreciated if you could respond by midday on Wednesday 15th April 2020 indicating if you will attend or not.
Please notify us at the same time (whether or not it is your intention to attend) of any questions that you have at this stage that you would like to ask at the meeting (or have asked on your behalf).
