We’re changing gear. Currently helping 125 young people at the heart of the capital, we’ve launched an ambitious plan to provide further quality affordable homes.
Colindale in North London is being transformed. A huge regeneration project is underway, and we’ve secured a major site in the heart of it.


The Development
Planning permission has now been secured.
Although the recent Covid-19 outbreak, in particular, has resulted in delays to the start of construction, we are excited and confident that Colindale will be the next step on our ambitious journey to deliver quality, affordable homes in secure, welcoming spaces for young people who can’t afford to rent or buy in the private sector.

The Layout
Close to great transport links and amenities, our Colindale scheme will offer accommodation for up to 156 young people.
There will be relaxed and attractive communal spaces along with offices, launderettes, gardens and commercial units.

The Area
Colindale has been transformed over the last decade. Looking for an easy commute into Central London? Colindale is situated on the Northern Line, and is just 30 minutes to Bank and 29 minutes to Charing Cross.
It is full of green spaces and leafy avenues so is a great place to live and you’d be forgiven for thinking you were hours from the capital.
Are you eligible?
74 of the 125 bed spaces are reserved for key workers. If you are a key worker, you can find out more and register your interest using the London Mayor’s Share to Buy website.
